IREM Building of the Year - 2022

I am pleased to announce that Hokua at 1288 Ala Moana has been awarded the coveted 2022 IREM Hawaii Building of the Year award.  This is Hokua's second time winning this award, making it a historic occasion under the same management team. 

 

The recent two-year full-scale renovation of an occupied building while maintaining outstanding consistent hospitality service and security during an unprecedented unknown pandemic forecast is a major accomplishment.
