FITNESS ROOM

GUIDELINES

  • Please wipe down equipment after each use.

  • Mobile phones are only to be used outside of the Health Chub

  • Be considerate of other guests and keep conversations to a minimum.

  • Health Club is limited to the exclusive use of residents and registered guests. All residents and guests must sign-in and out.

  • A registered guest is one who is residing in the Guest Suites or a person who is temporarily residing in an apartment and who is registered with the management office.

  • No more than 2 quests (visitors) per unit permitted in the Health Club at any given time.

  • Visitors may use the health club & Spa, but must be accompanied by a resident.

  • Residents and guests please sign-in and out.

  • Proper attire, including gym shoes, is to be worn at all times while in the Health Club.

  • Personal trainers must register with the Management Office and provide proof of liability insurance as soon as possible.

  • No loitering, sleeping, eating, and cell phones permitted.

  • Please be courteous to others by refraining from slamming weights, loud aggressions, etc.

THE FITNESS EQUIPMENT IN THIS FACILITY PRESENTS HAZARDS WHICH, IF NOT AVOIDED, COULD CAUSE SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH.

  • Prior to using the equipment. Read the warning labels and instruction placards affixed to each machine.

  • If you are unsure on how to use a machine, seek the assistance of SAPP personnel. We will be happy

  • To instruct you on how to use the equipment properly.

  • Immediately report any piece of equipment that is not functioning properly to SAPP personnel or a Residential Specialist so that it may be evaluated and serviced promptly.

  • Do not attempt to use or fix any piece of equipment that is not functioning properly.
