Tennis court hours are from 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. daily.

Reservations may be made with the Management Office in advance or the Residential Specialist office on weekends and after-hours
for same day play. If the scheduled players do not show up within 10 minutes of the scheduled reservation they shall relinquish their scheduled reservation.

A one-hour time limit for singles and 1-1/2 hour limit for doubles. If no one is waiting to play at the end of the scheduled reservation the persons playing may continue to play beyond these time limits, but shall promptly relinquish the tennis court when the next group of players arrives at the tennis court (they may finish the game they are playing). No stacking of reservation times shall be permitted in accordance with observed time limits. Solo players may practice services or hit against the back wall provided it does not prevent a reservation or group play.

The tennis court is to be used for tennis only. No bicycles, skates, skateboards, in-line skates, hockey, basketball, volleyball, jogging, motorized vehicles, or other activities permitted.

The following items are prohibited on and in the immediate vicinity of the tennis court: alcoholic beverages, glass containers, smoking, food, chewing gum or amplified sounds.

Only persons wearing athletic shoes with non-marking soles shall be allowed to play on the tennis court. No street shoes, wheeled shoes, slippers, or athletic shoes with marking soles are permitted for play on the tennis court.

Sitting, pushing or pulling on tennis net is prohibited.

Climbing on, hitting or kicking balls into, or running into fences is prohibited.

Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Gates shall be closed at all times.

No pets allowed.
